We can work with you in a number of different ways depending on what best suits your situation. Here is an overview of the different types of building contracts and what is involved.

Full contract quotation

We provide you with a fixed price quote to supply labour, materials and project management.  We take care of the entire project, sourcing all the materials, acquiring the services of our sub-contractor partners and ensuring the entire project is completed to our high standards within the time frame that we have agreed with you.

Full contract quotation with estimated labour

We quote you a fixed price to supply materials and sub-trades and an estimate for the building labour.  Labour is then charged at an agreed hourly rate based on the actual time taken.  This can be an economical way to tackle a project where there are variables. 

Labour-only estimate

We quote you an estimated price for building labour only.  This is charged at an agreed hourly rate based on the actual time taken.  You take on the role of project manager, selecting the sub-contractors and suppliers, purchasing materials, organising and scheduling all of the work and managing payment for everything.

Labour-only estimate with project management fee

We quote you an estimated price for building labour plus a management fee.  This is charged at an agreed hourly rate based on the actual time taken.  You select the sub-contractors and suppliers, purchasing materials and paying sub-trades directly.  We take on the role of project management organising and scheduling all of the work.
